The Dogs of Havoc are about to be unleashed. Prepare as best you can, wherever you may be --Toronto or Timbuktu or Montevideo or Auckland or Brussels. Many of my readers are still in denial. I don't know why, but they are.

The human mind does not handle exponential processes well. The pace of change is about to go right off the charts, in all sectors of reality in this Earth "realm." Here in Ecuador I am seeing many fewer small babies, and practically NO pregnant females at all -- I have noticed maybe three in the last two months or so -- which is consistent with a powerfully negative demographic event last year, i.e, that is when the huge, national,...." -

As of 12:01 AM on June 12, 2022, the CDC no longer requires air travelers to show a negative COVID-19
 test result, or documentation of recovery from COVID-19, prior to boarding a flight to the United States.

CDC’s Order requiring proof of vaccination for non-US citizen nonimmigrants to travel to the

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL PASSENGERS- The National Emergency Operations Committee (COE)
resolved to approve the following protocols for entering Ecuador from abroad, which
will come into effect at 00:01 on February 11, 2022:

Every passenger who enters the country, over 3 years of age, must present a completed
 vaccination card with QR code or the vaccination certificate against COVID-19 with at
 least 14 days of validity after completing the dosage, "OR" the negative result of an
 RT-PCR test taken up to 72 hours prior to boarding to Ecuador.

Any passenger under 3 years old will not present these requirements. In the event that
 the passenger has symptoms compatible with COVID-19, they must report it by calling 171

 Important Note #8- Cumbaya is 7,200ft elv.and yes, Cumbaya is technically in metro
 quito district, but the east suburb valley town of Cumbaya is slower paced than the
 just 20 minutes up the hill to the west to downtown Quito city limits at 9,350ft elv.
 - and 20 minutes to the East to the  UIO INT Airport Terminal->

 Cumbaya pop 31k., where we live is south of the ruta viva on the edge of Cumbaya in the
 back of our subdivision, we back up to several hundred hectares of green pasture land with
 cows and horses in the nearby Andean Village of Lumbisi.

In these eastern quito suburb valleys it can range from 7,200 - 7,500ft elv. all the way east to the UIO area,
